Confirmation Counting

To safeguard against potential double-spending and blockchain reorganizations, Auran implements a Confirmation Counting strategy. This approach is particularly crucial for chains lacking instant finality, enhancing the security and reliability of cross-chain transactions.

TSS Network Churns

The Auran TSS network facilitates a dynamic ecosystem of vaults and wallets across multiple blockchains, supported by a specialized segment of the TSS network. This segment operates in bi-weekly cycles, allowing for the strategic entry and exit of nodes, thereby ensuring the network's decentralization and resilience. Through periodic churns, the network refreshes public keys and securely transitions funds, maintaining the continuity and security of the Auran protocol.

Security Bond

Participation in the Auran network mandates that nodes deposit a bond. Should any node exhibit improper behavior, its bond will be decreased as a punitive and corrective measure. This policy ensures the network's reliability by holding nodes accountable for their actions, thereby promoting consistent and trustworthy service.
